  • Nearly 2.1 million new cases were diagnosed in 2018
  • In Asia, more than 50% of women with breast cancer are below the age of 49 years.
  • 5-year survival is 86-99% in Early Stage Cancer, but drops to 27% in women with Advanced Disease.
  • In Malaysia, the incidence continues to rise annually with WHO (Globocan 2018) predicting more than 7,500 new cases diagnosed each year. More than 40% are diagnosed with Advanced Breast Cancers at first presentation. Therefore, it is important to SCREEN!
