This website is managed by Pink Ribbon Wellness (L) Foundation (“PRWF”). 

You can now literally wear your cause on your sleeve! Purchase the merchandise to support our cause. Our merchandise makes meaningful gifts for any occasions. All sales proceeds go to PRWF in support of Breast Cancer Awareness and Education.

OVERVIEW

By visiting our website and/or purchasing merchandise/services from PRWF, you are engaged in PRWF “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

You may purchase the Merchandise by completing the Order Form. You need to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. 

Orders will be processed as soon as payments are confirmed and received in FULL. 

We are accepting orders within Malaysia only. 

MERCHANDISE AND/OR SERVICES (if applicable) 

Certain merchandises or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These merchandises or services may come in limited quantities and sizes.

We have taken our best effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our merchandise. Any differences in colour of the merchandises as displayed in your gadgets or computers will be beyond our guarantee.

The price of the Merchandise shall be the price stated on the website at the time which the orders have been placed and is not inclusive of the postage charges. All merchandises and postage charges are in Ringgit Malaysia. 

The postage charges varies in accordance with the purchase value of the Merchandises and the locality of delivery. Below is the general guide on postage charges applicable within Malaysia:

The delivery of the Merchandises will be made using local courier services and the delivery date and time is subjected to the schedule of the courier services. The consignment number will be provided for tracking purposes. 

All orders which are placed through the Order Form are considered final and no cancellation is permitted.

CHANGES TO PRWF MERCHANDISES, SERVICES AND PRICES 

Please note that the prices and availability of PRWF merchandise and services are subject to change without prior notice. 

PRWF reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Merchandises or Services without prior notice.  

PAYMENT TERMS

You can make payment for the Merchandises and Services using the available payment methods on the Website. The payment for the Merchandise must include postage charges. 

You can make an online banking payment to the PRWF Maybank Account number as indicated on the website. The transaction must be payable in Ringgit Malaysia.

DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISES

The Delivery of the Merchandises shall be made to the address specified in the Order Form. 

To ensure prompt and uninterrupted delivery, kindly provide us all accurate details of the delivery address and contact details as requested in the Order Form. 

The Delivery of the Merchandises will only be sent to the address specified after payments are successful and received in FULL. 

RETURN, REFUND AND REPLACEMENT OF MERCHANDISES

There will be no refund or return policy applicable to the Merchandise  purchased unless the Merchandise is defective.
